1. How do I navigate through the KME website?

The web site has been built and designed for ease of use. The navigation philosophy is that it does not take more than three clicks to get to the information you require. The main menu which shows details on KME as a company appears at the top of each page with a drop-down list of sub-sections that stay constant throughout the site. To use a menu or a submenu just click the left mouse button over the heading you wish to see and you will be taken to different areas of the web site.

If you wish to return to the Home page at any point during your visit to our site, simply click on the Home button in the main menu or on the KME banner across the top and you will be taken straight there.

KME does not accept responsibility for any views or opinions expressed through any external links from the KME website.

2. Why didn't a picture display properly?

Occasionally when the web server is very busy pictures do not get sent properly, so the best thing to do is press the refresh button in your browser. This will refresh the page and the picture will display properly. If this still does not solve the problem, please report it to us by emailing: sales@kme.co.uk, remembering to include your contact details if you require a reply.

3. Why does an error sometimes occur and the page cannot be displayed?

Errors can occur because of 'dead' links in pages or if there is a problem with the server. Try the refresh button on your browser to see if the fault goes. If the fault persists please contact us by sending a fault report to sales@kme.co.uk, with your contact details should you require a reply.
